Horrific this place. Recently bought a pup and its 2nd jab was only available at this vets. Turn up in the morning of the booked jab to be told the last vaccine had been used but they had something else that would work so had them. After having the jab we had then been told he has to come back for another jab in 4 weeks so they’d basically restarted his jabs without even telling us! Now they want to charge us for both jabs which if we knew we was going to restart the vaccination we would have gone to the vets we originally wanted! Honestly first time we use these and will not be returning once my poor pup has had 3 jabs instead of 2 because of incompetent vets

My cat was supposedly spayed here years ago, shes now developed complications as shes gotten older. She also still sprays at 14 years old. Something doesnt add up

Rang the vetinary centre on a sunday as our vets was closed, a lovely lady answered the phone and instantly knew what the problem was when we described the issue. Took all of our details and offered us an appointment within 40 minutes. Both the gentleman and lady that saw our pooch were fantastic with her and have discussed a plan moving forward for treatments and diagnosis. Extremely reasonably priced, I will definitely be using them again.

Vets are good, but definitely not to be trusted financially, ask for a detailed invoice and challenge everything. You should not pay anything that is not properly invoiced in detail. After painfully having to rehome my dog and then trying to close the VIP Plan, they sent me different requests for money of different amounts in a pathetic attempt to squeeze their last chance of money out of me, none of which related to my account nor the cancellation clauses in the VIP contract. Completely untrustworthy.

My family have used this vet for many years and always been happy until today. I have a very unwell cat and was promised a call back today. Called to check after waiting four hours and was assured it would happen. After another two hours I have called again and got through to Market Rasen who told me Grimsby are closed, there are no notes on the system about my concerns and the only option is the forty minute drive to them. Disgraceful, I will be finding a new vet on Monday morning.
