We are devastated by the situation that occurred on December 31. 2025. at 9:30 PM. We needed immediate help for our beloved French bulldog, Frank, because he was in very bad shape: he was vomiting and breathing heavily. We arrived asking for help. The receptionist, drinking something, refused and said that if we had a doctor, we had to go to him. We needed help, but unfortunately, it was denied, and an hour later, our beloved Frank passed away. We thought the Blue Cross staff were there to help. We hope our misfortune wil give at least someone pause for thought I'll just add that we didn't want free help; of course, we would cover all costs. We were only concerned about time, which in this case was of the utmost importance. Thank you, Blue Cross.

Had to visit here on the night time, the place has a nice calm atmosphere and the staff are an absolute credit to the organisation, friendly, caring and understanding.

They were kind, understanding, empathetic and professional. We were collecting our cat which had died on the road and had been handed in to them.

Had to drop off an injured pigeon today as it could not fly and escape my garden...I have a cat so I could not leave it. The receptionist was very courteous and the nurse very kind...I left a donation and encourage others to do the same....fantastic.
