We took our little one to this vets today We were greeted by friendly smiley receptionist After waiting a couple of minutes we were called into a spotless surgery where the vet introduced himself to us He then examined our dog and told us what he was going to do It was a very pleasant experience We will definitely continue to use this practice I can't speak more highly of this vets Thankyou

Fitted us in for a same day appointment when our poor rescue kitten fell ill. Appointment was on time and the vet showed care and diligence in assessing our little Tabitha. She administered a few injections and some food supplements. Tabitha has bounced back and is quite the handful now

Really helped with my difficult rescue dog. Saw us quickly and were very professional and didn't suggest unnecessary expensive options which other vets did

I am absolutely disappointed with the last phone call with the receptionist. The painkillers prescribed by the vet there last year ran out in February 2025. My 11-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog was no longer functioning without them. This was also the time when, with great difficulty and our help, he would barely go out to the garden once a day. He couldn’t get up on his own, his hind legs had lost their strength. I called and asked for a prescription refill. I was told that they needed to see the dog, as they hadn’t seen him since September 2024. Understandable, but these are exceptional circumstances. I explained that this giant dog (60kg) is almost 11 years old, can’t function without painkillers, can barely walk, and I am unable to transport him by car. I asked if there was anything we could do. I was informed that unfortunately, the receptionist couldn’t help me. I panicked—without these medications, my senior dog would suffer, and I knew his time was running out. I repeated the situation: it is impossible to bring the dog in. I asked for a phone consultation with the vet at a convenient time, which I was of course willing to pay for. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused me that consultation and I hit a wall. She said that she understood the situation and, with a cheerful voice, asked me to bring the dog in, otherwise, she couldn’t help. Karmel is no longer with us, he passed away last Friday. Thanks to the kindness of another vet, I was able to get the medication and ensure my dog didn’t suffer during his last days. I can’t understand how someone can be so heartless and refuse any help in such a situation, whether it be a phone consultation or a home visit. The receptionist blocked my access to help. I am very disappointed.

Excellent service, dedicated and friendly staff nothing is too much trouble, warm welcome on arrival all questions answered thoroughly and professionally, options for best treatment versus outcome explained thoroughly, all concerns identified and listened too, at all times.
