I change to this practice after my cat was not treated properly at the previous vet. I took her here in a very bad state and after only 4 days of treatment she was improving so much, after she nearly lost the sight on one eye from the poor care she received at previous vet. I read reviews saying is pricey but I find the prices to be same like previous vet. Fit for the good vets that are working here, and the excellent service they provide. Really happy I choose them to take care of my girls. ☺️

We have 2 very nervous overseas rescue dogs and we have been so lucky to have found the absolute best vet ever. The whole team are amazing and have put so much effort into trust building and providing excellent levels of care. One dog had to come in last week for an operation and we were able to stay with her as she fell asleep and be with her in a private consultation room as soon as she woke and recovered. We are always listened to, nothing is ever rushed or trivialised and so much time and effort is taken to ensure the best levels of care. The other dog has transformed from a fear biter to seeing this vet as one of his favourite people. We are very grateful to have this level of support, you truly have transformed vet visits for us all, thank you

Excellent professional service, all staff were friendly and helpful. Vet took time to listen fully to history and was kind and patient throughout examination. We were given thorough advice and treatment plan and future options.

I have to take my dog regularly to the vets with an hereditary eye problem and I'm pleased to say her sight is improving thanks to the dedicated staff there.

The vets are lovely but it’s just so expensive. Our previous vet was independent and we only chose this one as we were new to the area and it was convenient. I pay almost £50 a month for the pet care plan for a cat and dog and that’s the cheapest one on offer. The medication is seriously overpriced and it’s far cheaper to just take a prescription. I’m just floored by the last visit costing me over £240 for a blood test and an ear spray.

All the staff are so friendly and caring. The reception staff are always helpful and go out of their way to accommodate my girls. Nursing staff are excellent and genuinely love the animals in their care. Ashley and Nancy are fantastic with my elderly girls and always take time to explain possible options and courses of treatment. I trust their judgement and know they will not advise something unless it is necessary. I feel they listen to me and build up a thorough picture of my girls’ health and well being. Every vet I have seen at Holbeach and Sutterton has been excellent although I do try to keep to the same vets for continuity. I really appreciate having 24 hour emergency care available at Sutterton with medical histories available and staff who know me and my girls.

I took my cat here yesterday, due to a concern with her eye. The vet was excellent she took her time to explain the possible treatment and concerns regarding the eye. I love this practice and feel assured my cat is in safe hands.

An absolute wonderful vets, everyone is so kind and caring towards patients and there owners, my cat Simba went in for a neuter yesterday morning and the lovely vet talked me through the process and kept him calm, so thank you to everyone who was involved with simba yesterday absolutely will be bringing him back every single time 😁
