All in all, a positive experience, well for me, can't say that about my cat, poor thing had to be neutered. Clean inside and outside, enough parking spots, quiet, quite a few treatment rooms and staff, they were professional, kind, informative and with positive attitude. The only downside is prices, but that's across all such services.

Consultations cost £60, which I expect for their expertise. What I do not expect is to pay £37 for a cream, which can be bought for just over £10... If you don't buy from the practice they charge £29 for a prescription! This price varies from place to place as it is not a State set price, but is a State set prescription requirement. As the vet has already made their decision on treatment and medication in the £60 consultation, why such an extortionate charge for a piece of paper? It does not have to be so high. Note also that the charge is just slightly more than they were charging me for the meds... I'm sure the Vets can buy the meds cheaper than I could. I appreciate it's a business, but this feels a little like a prescription Cabal. They know you'll pay for your animal, so charge what they fancy. We've gone to the practice for a number of years now, but the family feel now feels more 'business' than family

Have to say the staff went above and beyond to help my cat banana in the last few hours that she had on this earth. Helped me keep something to remember her by. Staff was very helpful and compassionate. I hope that if your reading this that you all do an amazing job ❤️

Been with this practice since we moved here 24 years ago. Julia who's business this was until she decided to try and semi retire is an absolute dedicated vet through and through. The practice is currently suffering from trying to employ another vet or vets but still gives 100% service. Never had to complain of the service given.
