My gorgeous Cookie had been treated monthly, for quite some time, with injections for his arthritis and every time we visited, all at the clinic were always so kind and welcoming. Sadly Cookie's legs finally gave in at the ripe old age of 15. I have had dogs all my life, (aged 61) and the treatment I and Cookie received at the point of sending him over the rainbow could not be surpassed. The appointment was booked and on the day, Cookie and I were taken to a room with a large snuggle mat in the middle of the floor, a little rainbow chair in the corner, 2 jars of chocolate dog treats and a box of tissues. I took my other two dogs with me to say goodbye to him and they too were warmly received. Once he had passed over the rainbow, I was left alone with Cookie, my two pups and my daughter for around 30-40 minutes, allowing us to say goodbye together as a family. This is a far cry from other vets where I have had to cramp up near an examination table on a tiled floor on a limited timed "appointment". I have been with Holbeach and Fleet vets now for around 3 years, my pup Barney had his "little boy bits" removed with them with no issues and my little Willow is also registered but up until now has had not needed them. But I really highly recommend the whole practice. All (as other reviews have stated) really do care for animals, (this can't be faked).

Small parking belongs to them for a 2-3 cars. Price a ok. How many vets that many opinions you will receive. Nothing new for now

Received excellent care , in an emergency situation today. From the lovely Georgie on reception , to Marta the vet and Abbie, the Practice Manager , they all showed extreme kindness, professionalism and a calm and gentle approach to a very anxious and sometimes spicy Dogue De Bordeaux ! I cannot thank you guys enough for going above and beyond 🥰

Roxane and staff are very caring and professional, they have been a great help to me in my time of need. I would like to thank them all for the care and kindness they gave Luna in her final days. Its been a very difficult time for me as she was a very special cat who came into our lives 14 years ago when our daughter was going through some emotional trauma. Thank you also for the sympathy card, it was very touching.
