Every vet I called would not see my unwell tortoise, Alder vets, even though they explained they are not specialists understood my upset and did everything they could to help out, they agreed to see Theo and I can’t thank them enough! From walking through the door we had a warm welcome, Deirdre the vet was so lovely and really took her time with Theo, and was very knowledgable, the lady on reception was lovely and very informative, I honestly can’t thank or rate this vet practice enough!

We recently took our dog Mabel to Alder Vets and had a really positive experience. We were seen straight away with no waiting time, which was greatly appreciated. The service was friendly, efficient, and very professional throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also offered a service we weren’t previously aware of, which was a pleasant surprise and very useful. Overall, a smooth and reassuring visit — we felt Mabel was in very good hands. Thank you to the team at Alder Vets!

I’m very pleased with Alder Vets in Spalding. My cat got bitten and developed an infected wound. They handled him with great care, cleaned the wound thoroughly, and explained everything clearly to me. They prescribed antibiotics and a cleaning solution, and managed to book us in on the same day I called. Really grateful for their kindness and professionalism!
