Gordon seems like a decent bloke, it’s just a shame that the woman is a disgustingly horrible person who speaks to people like something on the bottom of her shoe. She made my missus feel very small, upset and scared by her unnecessarily nasty comments. Would not recommend.

Gordon is a excellent vet who clearly cares about animals and deserves 5 stars. Shame about the receptionist. Really let's an excellent practice down and unfortunately 3 stars have to be taken off because of her rudeness.

Tried to register my cat and the receptionist (the vet’s wife apparently) was very rude. I was spoken to in such a condescending manner. I’m surprised they have any customers. Asked others in Gainsborough about their experience and apparently she’s known for being rude.

AVOID! rude, condescending, unacceptable behaviour with the way you are treated by the receptionist and nothing is done about it absolutely disgusting behaviour. The vet himself is a good vet and your pet is looked afterbut could possibly use some people skills aswell, if you want verbally abusing go talk to the receptionist

This was my first and will be my only experience with this vets. The lady I spoke to upon arrival was extremely rude to not only me but also my 10 year old son. I was asked to call at 12:30 and received a friendlier response to my call, only to be given the wrong time to collect by cat after her operation. I was told to collect her at 3:15pm so at 2:37pm I received a somewhat rude and snotty phone call stating she couldn’t possibly have given me the wrong time. It was my mistake no one else’s. The only reason I used this vets today was because of the London cat care charity offering spaying. Regardless of whether I paid full price or paid a donation, I don’t expect that kind of treatment. My cat will be having follow up treatment at her usual vets. I’ll avoid this place for the future. Disgusting interactions to the public.
