Tried to register my cat and the receptionist (the vet’s wife apparently) was very rude. I was spoken to in such a condescending manner. I’m surprised they have any customers. Asked others in Gainsborough about their experience and apparently she’s known for being rude.

Extremely smooth and easy experience at this vets, Gordon has such a way with the animals, and being nervous myself about vets, this put both me and my pet at total ease, thank you 😊

If Mandy is still working as receptionist I am surprised anyone still takes their pet there, she is rude and obnoxious, so much so, I logged the verbal abuse we had from her to the police.

The receptionist is hands down the rudest person to have walked this earth. Do not use this vet at any cost - it’s not worth the treatment you will receive.
