We have used this vets for over two years since we moved here. I can’t put into words how great they are. Receptionist are very friendly when you speak to them & never had a problem getting seen same day . The nurses are lovely & can’t praise the vets enough. We have 5 westies. One is expecting pups any day now. I was worried about her a couple of days ago rang up in the morning they hadn’t got any appointments left but Bridget the vet saw us in her lunch break . She was wonderful. Took time to give our Westie a good check up all seemed ok but said ring anytime if you are worried again. Wish we could give ten stars. Got a very reactive staffy Bullseye 🎯, 6 & half years old , explained to receptionist that I'd walk him around a bit to get his ' excitment' out & ask the vet to come out and meet him please , exactly that happened, no fault , Bullseye was a good boy till he had a prostrate exam , hell broke loose and he took the muzzle off , he's good like that, all was fine it was over as fast as it started , then we just walked in and got the fatty weighed, he's 3 kilo over weight, my fault cos I love him , just an infection we think so meds got & i can't thank them enough for the understanding and professionalism of Andrew Chadwick for braving the 'nob head' Thanks from myself & 🎯

So important to have your fur babies chips. These lovely people contacted me as they found mine. Good job he’s chipped outside we would have never found him as we’re from Waddington and he either hitched hike in a van/car to Gainsborough. Amazing staff thank you

Absolutely first class! Ten out of ten for the stunning Raoul Dowding vets. Kind & caring and extremely proactive this is an amazing surgery full of hard working professional doctors, nurses and welcoming reception staff who put animals first! Our elderly Beagle had a health emergency last week. Her condition meant we couldn't lift her from my car. After explaining this to the wonderful kind staff on reception Nurse Emily Whittingham ran across the car park to examine my dog on the back seat of the car. Then - to our shock, Dr. Raoul Dowding himself dashed over and examined my dog right there and then. Dr. Dowding diagnosed my dog, prescribed antibiotics, and reassured us both. Dr. Raoul Dowding is fantastic. He's unique! A hero! He's proactive; down to earth, immensely informative and so reassuring. He's so good with the animals. Immediately after he saw my dog I watched Raoul Dowding helping another couple who had pulled up beside me in the car park with their own elderly unwell dog. My sincere thanks to Raoul, Emily and every single member of staff. They really go over and above the call of duty. To see them out in the car park - not only rushing out to.treat my dog, but also other pets who experience a health crisis and who are either too ill or too elderly to be brought into the surgery is heart warming to witness. Seeing these heroes at work is something else! Watching Raoul Dowding and his staff leap into action - whether they're in their office or attending emergency cases in the car park, proves their dedication to animals. They are so proactive. Their approach is so animal oriented. Don't ever go anywhere else. Choose Raoul Dowding vets. They are the absolute BEST.

We had an emergency, our dogs back end seemed to have gone, I rang and they got us in straight away, we were seen by a lovely nurse and then by the vet. The care was amazing, they examined everything & our dog fully recovered. The follow up was done by another amazing vet who loved our dog and was very caring and gave lots of advice. The reception team were all so lovely and understanding and very welcoming. Thank you to everyone for looking after us.
