Could not recommend this place enough! I took my dog Ronnie for castration here yesterday, and he was so looked after, I got photo updates while he was there and was called as soon as he got out of surgery. very fair prices and they really care about the animals they look after :)

At a time when the big vets firms are in the news for all the wrong reasons, Rachel’s independent practice is a breath of fresh air. Efficient, kind and we never had any doubt that the team had our puppy’s best interests at heart, not company profits! The results of surgery on pup’s eyelids were amazing - super neat and a very speedy recovery. Puppy says thank you very much but next time do I really have to wear that annoying cone? 🐕 😄🐕

The care and knowledge of the staff at Welland Valley Vets has been so impressive. I am so pleased I made the move to this small, friendly independent vets in Stamford. They took so much genuine care and attention over my pointer puppy who needed an eye operation. The expertise and skill in dealing with a very tricky operation was clear from the outset. Their prices were so much more reasonable than some other extortionate quotes from other vets. I felt like all the costs were explained to me beforehand with clarity so I knew what to expect. It is so important to be able to trust your veterinary practice and I would now go nowhere else but here. The aftercare was equally caring and attentive. Have recently registered here with my new puppy and I can’t fault all the help and advice I’ve received so far. When I called to register, reception helped with my many questions and also offered me a free weight check with Vet Rachel. She was great, checked him over thoroughly and made a fuss of him. Very positive experience, thanks!
