Staff attitude excellent; helpful, friendly and understanding. One of the few Vets willing to do home visits. I was short 4 tablets from a course prescribed for my dog, regretfully( being housebound) I was unable to collect. I anticipated they would be posted, but to my amazement a veterinary nurse delivered them after work the same day - talk about going the extra mile'! With advancing age and declining health, it is gratifying to have the care and support of this dedicated veterinary practice.

Amazing vets, I had to make an appointment late hours of Saturday night as my dog had ripped his claw off and was bleeding everywhere 😔 Jeffry got to the practice immediately and assessed the situation straight away we did what we had to do and we were on our way with a follow up for Monday and medication ect. He explained everything that was going on and was putting a frantic dog owner at ease. I have had other family members use this practice before for emergency appointments and received 5⭐️ treatment also. Once again thankyou Jeffry for the rapid response and helping a much needed dog in distress. ❤️ Colt is now on the mend resting with his 3 other doggy friends at home.

I have used this vets on several occasions for my Cyprus Rescue Cats & also my pup Border Collie who was in today as an emergency call out. Today we were greeted by Jeff, he was very kind and considerate towards our Marley who gets very excitable when meeting new people! Jeff was nothing but patient & kind as are all the other members of staff I have met on previous occasions. Everything was explained to me very clearly on what treatment was required after we left the vets and when & how to give each medication. In previous times we have often met Bryony who again is very kind & considerate when dealing with our animals, shes an absolute credit to the vetinary clinic & is always happy to give out any advice when asked. Im sad to see the review underneath mine written by someone. I Think it is very unfair to call out the practice and leave a poor review because you couldn't cover the costs of the bill for your pet! If you go to Tescos and you cant afford your shopping, you don't then ask them to pay at a later date so why should this be the case with your pet? The same as if you pay for prescriptions for your own illnesses, you have to pay upfront and this is no different to an animal! Working within rescue myself, I cannot stress enough just how important it is to have pet insurance for if & when things do occur!

Took my dog here today for dental work. Absolutely first class care and genuine helpful staff and top class vet Jeff. Thanks for taking care of my boy!!!

My dearest Rafe..... This will be your first Christmas over the rainbow 🌈 Bridge.. being so young I hope you're big brother Daniel age 9... is taking care of you.. I miss you so so much... Christmas without you won't be Christmas for me... Have fun my beautiful beautiful boy.. gone too Soon.. never even reached 3 yrs... Lesson... never take anyone's word.. Use you're gut feeling... IF YOU NEED AN EMERGENCY VET. DON'T CALL THIS ONE . THEY DON'T ANSWER. JUST LEAVE YOUR DOG TO GO THOUGH HORRENDOUS PAIN. WITH NO EXPLANATION. Watch the videos. Does this gorgeous boy look like he has a skin infection. He died. Due to fact that this veterinary let him down at his hour of... UPDATE TO COME.. no response from the vet Jeff.. now in touch with the RCVS. WAITING FOR THE VET TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL..This I was told was a skin infection.. 🤔 I don't think so.

I am very impressed by this practice. I moved from London and have had several bad experiences with other vets in the area until i found this practice. My dog Carlos was petrified of vets from prior experience and they were patient and so understanding, and have really made a difference to our regular visit to the vets for him and myself. I cannot recommend them enough.
