Straightforward to register and book online. Very helpful on reception and vet was fantastic with my cat.

Enquired over the phone and left a message for the vets to email or ring me back. Receptionist was great as she typed as I was talking for accuracy. She forwarded the message straight away (4pm) to 4 vets. I hadn’t heard anything by 2pm the following day so I popped in to double check. This was regarding a hormone blood reading and if they can do same day results, hence being time sensitive. Within 5 minutes a vet came out to talk to me and tell me they do offer the service I require (I was heading down then to Cambridge if not). She was then able to book us in and see us 1 hour later. Michelle was kind and helpful on reception and the young vet was fantastic with my dog for bloods. She fully empathised with our urgency and supported our responsible and full genetic & health tested KC breeding plans. Accurate quote in advance. We have booked in for Monday for a repeat. I will be recommending them for same day results on progesterone blood testing on IDEXX (more reliable than others) essential in TCI frozen AI’s.

We moved to Barton vets recently and took advantage of the January Dental offer as our 13 year old Border terrier was in some discomfort with her teeth. The reception staff were great and transferred our vet records quickly. Scott assessed Greta and agreed that work was needed. She was booked in for the day and all work was carried out. We were really happy with the updates, treatment and advice given and are happy to be registered with a practice that seems to truly care.

Rosie likes her visit to the vet. Admittedly she is an easy going dog but has to go at least once a month for her anal glands tied. They are so good and she’s never stressed. Always friendly and it’s never a problem getting an appointment. Reasonable prices too and they have a health plan which works very well for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Barton vets

We had a wonderful experience at Barton Veterinary Center with our kitten Mimi’s first visit for her vaccination and microchip. The vet was absolutely brilliant, she was gentle and reassuring with Mimi, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us throughout the appointment. Her calm and informative approach really helped put both myself and my daughter at ease, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We also want to give a big thank you to the lovely lady on reception, who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked in. She went above and beyond to ensure we had Mimi signed up for the correct kitten plan, taking the time to go through all the details and answer our questions with patience and kindness. Overall, we were very happy with the service we received and, most importantly, the care Mimi was given. We feel confident knowing she’s in such good hands, and we’re grateful for such a positive first experience. Highly recommend Barton Veterinary Center!

The Reception staff are very helpful and efficient. It's a very caring Vet Practice with excellent Vets and Assistants. we are always impressed with their excellent Service and attention. We are on the Puppy Plan which gives us peace of mind. Thankyou.

We can’t thank Scott enough for seeing our dog, Ruggie, straight away when she had a bone stuck on her jaw today! Scott was calm, caring, and incredibly compassionate throughout what was a very stressful situation. We couldn’t be more thankful for the incredible care our dog, Gucci, received from our vet.
