Been with WVV for nearly 5 years and always been accommodating, consultations on diagnosis and prognosis very detailed. Never felt pressurised or the appointment being rushed. Built the trust a dog owner relies on. They follow up where necessary. Thank you WVV.

Shocked that I received an outstanding bill. When I was in the vets for 2 minutes sent on a 3 hour round trip that cost me a further £1300. Not a phone call the same day to say oh you didn’t pay. As I didn’t think I had to they didn’t help me. But no a letter saying they will Charge more and further if not payed.this is why so many animals are just abandoned. £79 bills for doing absolutely nothing. They are disgraceful. Needless to say I will be changing vets tomorrow. .

Receptionist not interested in conversation other than to talk about going online for everything. It felt as if I was booking the car in for a service not dealing with a living thing. Won’t be registering.

All staff are lovely, professional and kind. The vets have seen us through ups and downs with all our cats and have been thorough and informative, sensible but kind as well. I feel decisions are made in the animals best interest and not to make money for the practice. Senior veterinary nurses, Jasmine and Charlotte are very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you.
