We have been with Fenwold for 15 years. During this time they have always done their very best for us and our dogs. Covid has been a trying time for everyone and we fully understood that arrangements had to be taken to comply with rules. Our dog had deteriorated over the weekend and was struggling to breath. We rang as requested at 8.30 and explained what was happening. We were told there were no appointments. We explained how ill the dog was but still could not get appt. We explained it was an emergency. We were told we would have to drop our dog off. We could not stay with him. We had to leave him there and at some point in the day he would be seen.This was very distressing but they had to follow the covid guidelines. As I write this my husband is taking him to another vet who will see him straight away and he will be able to stay with him. We are very sad that after all the years with Fenwold we have no alternative but to see another practice.

We are new to the area and one of the neighbours recommended here. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome when we went to our appointment. Amazing service!

Came here to complete some work, lovely staff... Very friendly and welcoming... Every customer that I saw come had the same great welcome and they seemed to know the pets intimately. A great experience today... Thank you in today's busy world these lovely ladies still had time to make everyone's day a little brighter 🙂🙂

We have used Fenwold for many years and indeed, for many different pets. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The Vetsare superb. The only downside is the cost, but I guess this is the same with all Veterinary Surgeries? Just been again this morning with our deaf and nearly blind aged Shih Itzu. Great service provided by everyone there.

Excellent veterinary practice. The receptionists were very welcoming and sympathetic and the vet was too and explained everything in his diagnosis very clearly. Super vets practice and highly recommended.

My dog's are always looked after with the greatest of care & their medical needs are always met . All the staff are friendly & make your pets feel welcome . Thankyou to you all for helping me get through Chia's last visit with you . Your care for chia & your surport for me meant so much . THANK YOU ALL ! Sadly Bào made her last visit to . So i would like to thank all of the staff for their kindness & surport with all off my dogs over the last 30 years . Hope to see you again one day , until then take care & THANKYOU !
