We unfortunately lost our gorgeous boy Otto in June. For the last year of his life the staff at hardys rd provided care and support jn a difficult situation, all staff were amazing but a special thank you to Paula. When the time came to say goodbye Carly and charlee were outstanding they provided care, support and understanding while giving Otto the dignity he deserved. On a very difficult day they gave time and compassion. It is not easy for us to say goodbye, but it also can't be easy for the vet and nurse to do there job and deal with the customers grief, we will be forever grateful thank you.

This is a ‘satellite’ surgery and so is not overrun with staff. Thus can be a good and bad point. The Vet, Paula was really thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything in ‘lay man’s’ terms. The waiting room is small, my understanding is that there is a back door where more ‘anti social’ dogs can be admitted because, like humans, not all dogs like their own species 😂

Thank you so much for today amazing support I received at your North thorseby practice today, was very emotional when Freddie had a seizure today the practice got me in immediately and as I was incredibly emotional all the ladies that helped me were so compassionate and sympathetic I honestly can't thank you all enough... genuinely caring loving staff...thank you again ...let's hope Freddie doesn't have another issue ...can't recommend you all enough 😍🙏🤗
