All the staff are amazing and care so much about our treasured pets. My dog Bella is always so scared whether its a nail clip or booster but they are so calming and gentle and take time with her to reassure her. Thanks guys!

Saw a male vet for Anakins booster jabs he was very kind and professional, surgery receptionist and nurses always kind an professional , lots of fussing for Anakin whose been visiting from 8 weeks old never getting anxious

Incredibly disappointed with the recent treatment at this vet and have since moved. I’ve already had a conversation with the head vet so this won’t come as any surprise. My dog was offered the injection Librela for his arthritis and has suffered horrific side effects. The side effects were not mentioned at any of the prior appointments, the appointment for the injection nor after when we came in to discuss his symptoms yet they have been marked on the system as discussed. The vet has absolutely lied because there is no way I would give my dog an injection that would make him more unsteady on his feet and completely confused. The vet said they are aware of the side effects and seen the social media buzz around the jab yet this wasn’t picked up as a potential cause after I brought him in after the appointment with those very symptoms. He was written off as an old dog who is probably going senile and they were happy to take my money. The head vet I spoke to was too quick to try and correct me rather than hear me out. Pointless conversation and I’ve left feeling more disappointment than my initial email to them. No accountability, just sorry it says on the system they were discussed so it’s your word against theirs. We trust you to look after our dogs and keep us informed. If you have an old dog, or a dog who has arthritis please do not let them convince you to give them librela without doing your own research. They have stated they will now give out a fact sheet before administering. That obviously doesn’t help my dog now.

After moving to Cleethorpes in March, I signed my cats up at this practice and I'm so happy I did. It's a lovely calm environment and the care we've received here has been fantastic.

Always find staff very helpful, Explaining each step to you and give clear instructions. Never feel as though I am being rushed and asked every time any worries about Milly, Excellent, Paula Martin , vet is an absolute treasure to the practice has looked after my pets from day 1 when I had rescue rabbits & Guinea Pigs and now our elderly Dog.

We have been at Eastfield for many years with a number of different pets and they are always thoughtful, caring and there when we need them. Our very sweet and sensitive rescue cat who we have had for 3 years has to be checked regularly she has FIV which was a new thing for us when we got her. Eastfield are working with us to keep her at optimum health, we had to change our usual vet today at North Thoresby for her immunisation as she is unavoidably not available, our lovely cat has only seen Magda since we got her as we try to keep consistency for her. Eastfield arranged for us to see Paula at Cleethorpes and ensure Poppy the cat had the best and thoughtful experience. We can't thank the practice enough, the visit was not rushed and Poppy was sensitively looked after. We are very happy that Poppy has 2 lovely vets who can care for her and we will make her appointments between the 2 of them. Thank you for being caring with the 3 of us.
