First time visit and so far great first impression, lovely friendly and professional staff, light and clean reception helpfully separated for dogs and cats (and other animals).

Extremely professional, thorough, friendly and welcoming. I took my Roman for a 2nd opinion and they did blood tests, scan and health check on the 1st visit as I was very concerned about him. Sadly too late for Roman, but the teams compassion cannot be questioned. Thank you for all your help, support and understanding and thank you for the card and Forget Me Not seeds, yet to be planted in memory.

This vets is so friendly, professional and all staff lovely 🥰 Bazil & Maggie-May extremely looked after here! Olivia & staff nurse were especially helpful same as the reception staff. Don’t let the building put you off! It’s about the standard of healthcare you get for your fur baby! Bazil was very well cared for on his operation. Sadly we have been to many vet’s in the area and the large vet’s too Cambridge university & Willows in Birmingham, this vet’s is 10/10 for an independent small practice (small is better your pet is just not a number then!) After having my best friend for 14 years, I had to have her put to sleep on Friday 😢 I cannot thank Vicky and her team enough on the care they have given Tia, I’d also like to say a huge thank you to Tom and Emma, that came to the home, to put Tia to sleep, absolutely heartbroken, the house isnt the same without her, I can only take comfort, that she is no longer in pain, and suffering anymore.
