We have moved recently from Herefordshire, we take our dogs to France with us and needed the paperwork for them to travel. I was shocked that the cost for the 2 dogs was double the price , we emailed previous paperwork across to make it easy. The dogs were not even inspected on the visit just microchips scanned. We went again for a booster injections for the dogs. We were kept waiting for 20 minutes despite having an early morning appointment. The vet was extremely good I can't fault them . We will be choosing a new vet.

Our dog was in great distress with an injury to his foreleg. The vet was very calming and helpful. We were able to get him seen quickly and they were very kind. He has made a full recovery and we are so grateful for the help and reassurance we were given.

Very helpful and kind assessment of my border collie, now 14 and needing some help with mobility, and a good discussion of options, plus noticing that she had a tooth problem that hadn't been picked up on the last health check. This hopefully will soon be sorted, and a new anti inflammatory tried to see if it helps her hips. Good to be reassured that she is in good health for her age.

Welcoming reception, clean and separate areas for cats dogs etc. Fab staff and vets explain everything that's easy to understand. They are very patient and understanding with worried owners. My animals are always well looked after.

The vets and colleagues are all amazing. We just lost a beloved pet and they were all so caring and sympathetic. Mathew is the best vet we've ever had.
