Very kind and understanding, my dog would not get out the car to go see the vets, which was the first time in 12 years he’s really done this, he did do it once earlier this year when he was so unwell and weak, which I think traumatised him, but the vet came out to the car examined him the best she could, and quickly to prevent any further upset to my dog. Receptionist was lovely and understanding too, offered help to get him out the car and informed the vet of the situation.

Excellent service, vet was friendly and had a lovely calm nature, which made my dog less reactive. As he doesn't normally like the vets. But on this occasion he was very well behaved. I believe this to be due to the vet on how they come across.

Our cat's previous owner was registered with this vet so we decided to stay with them for convenience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, so much so, my cat doesn't seem bothered about being there. The clinicians are wonderfully patient, explaining the process of examining my fur baby and how she's possibly feeling, which is very helpful for us understanding why she might behave the way she does at the time. I never feel hassled to hurry up and the receptionist is just as polite and courteous.
