Such a caring veterinary practice. Everyone is caring and patient . Our three cats don't mind going indeed on last visit Tilly would have been happy to stay awhile with the vet she was very gentle as well as being very thorough

Very professional. Caring practice. My dog is anxious about life but the vet took her time and made sure he was happy with every movement she made.

Everyone is always so helpful and very polite. You feel like part of the family The vets are very caring people and make you feel that you pets is the most importance one there and are very reassuring when they give you diagnosis Jane always makes sure you understand everything and is so helpful

Would not recommend. They did not see my dog for his “6 month check up” (even though he’s nearly 9 months old) because he was to playful. We went into the consultation room and she said he had “no manners” as he did not sit. She could not go through with the appointment. Even though I pay for the plus plan she suggested we cancelled these half check ups and socialise him more within the vets, whilst still paying for the plus plan! How will I know if anything is wrong with my puppy if they don’t see him. They don’t cater for big playful dogs and have no knowledge of a boxer puppy. Let’s hope nothing is wrong with him.

Can't trust South Lincs Vets/Marshlands Vets after my experience. Took my dog in for a check-up as he'd been sick over the weekend, as soon as we arrived, a nurse/vet was shocked my a 'lump' they saw on the side of my dog. I couldn't see or feel a lump, but agreed to have an ultrasound. A few hours later, the practice called to explain they had found a mass and couldn't provide any further investigation or care. All that could be offered was end-of-life treatment. Upon collecting my dog, there was no vet to talk to, no results to see and no care to be given. Very strange for end-of-life diagnosis. I took my dog for a second opinion. They explained that an ultrasound needed to be booked in and the animal shouldn't have anything to eat 12 hours prior. The ultrasound and blood work came back clear. Nothing. I was provided with digital and hard copies. The second vet requested the animals records and test results showing the mass/tumour. They were never provided. I reached out, after a week of waiting, to be sent my dogs full medical report via email. My dogs medical record was incorrect. Stating the incorrect sex! They’ve had HIM down as a female for 7 years! When Marshlands was questioned about this, they apologised and brushed it off, pressuring me to come in for another ultrasound at a practice further away. I was told I should take the free scan appointment and I’m a poor owner to not take him in. I explained how I don’t want to put him through another investigation to cover the vets back, the original results should be accessible, especially due to the severity of the diagnosis. To date, no one from this practice has apologised, offered any solution, or refund - nothing. We spent over £2k between the two vets, all because Marshlands can't keep their records organised and provide care within their service. I hope no one goes through the hell we went through with Marshlands. ——— Of course Marshland can’t find the records. That’s what the complaint is about. Nothing Marshlands do is on record. Terrible irresponsible vets. As the owner of Marshlands, are you not disappointed to read this review? Sounds like this is the expected experience of Marshlands…
